is an air diffusion system composed of two circuits of high-induction micro-perforated ducts, each assigned with distinct and variable functions to achieve energy savings.
This system is not merely an alternation of operational ducts but a true synergistic integration, making it ideal for scenarios where heating or cooling demands are intermittent.
For instance, consider the practical case of heating or cooling a gym on specific days and/or time slots.
Green Evolution operates as follows: initially, both duct circuits function together to quickly achieve the desired temperature.
In the second phase, only one circuit remains active to maintain the set temperature. This alternation of opening and closing, combined with reduced airflow from the machine, is controlled by a damper positioned upstream of the system. This mechanism can generate energy savings of 30-40% during mid-seasons.
Thus, Green Evolution strikes the perfect balance between constant comfort and energy efficiency.
WHAT IT INCLUDES
The MIX AIR – G-EVOLUTION system consists of:
• Two high-induction micro-perforated duct circuits, either stacked or placed side by side, called the Protagonist Duct and the Basic Duct.
• A Mix Air SILENT-BOX.
The metal ducts, M-PULSE, are produced in various formats, materials, and colors.
The two circuits working together ensure maximum system efficiency, allowing for rapid stabilization of environmental comfort.

Protagonist Duct
The Protagonist Duct is the "leading" element of the system, designed to operate independently during the maintenance phase.
• It is always active to ensure the minimum required air input to maintain the desired heating or cooling.
• It provides air input, diffusion, and mixing in large spaces.
• It can be positioned based on architectural or technical requirements for heating/cooling the facility.
Basic Duct
The Basic Duct is the secondary but "essential" circuit for perfect comfort and is designed to activate:
• During the initial stabilization phase of the system.
• During periods (or times of day) with significant thermal loads.
• In critical situations.
• When required by the specificities of the system.
The Basic Duct optimizes the operation time of the climate control system, reducing the time needed to achieve the desired stabilization level.
Mix Air SILENT-BOX
The Mix Air SILENT-BOX is a special plenum with a multi-layered internal structure designed to provide insulation and sound absorption. It includes a regulating damper (on-off or modulating) controlled by a Mix Air Damper servomotor.
The MIX AIR – G-EVOLUTION system is designed for application across all Mix Air lines.
